Product Features
All primary pressure-bearing and flow-passing components, including the valve body and disc, are manufactured from 5A super duplex stainless steel (ASTM A995 Gr. 5A). With a pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) exceeding 40, this material offers enhanced resistance to highly corrosive media such as seawater, high-concentration brine, hot concentrated sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid, thanks to its higher chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen, the valve demonstrates exceptional resistance to highly corrosive media such as seawater, high-concentration brine, hot concentrated sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid. It is particularly effective at preventing pitting and crevice corrosion in high-temperature, high-chloride environments. The DN350 large-diameter, full-bore design ensures low flow resistance and high-capacity continuous flow, preventing system pressure buildup and meeting the flow requirements of large-scale process pipelines.
Product Advantages
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the disc completely disengages from the sealing surface the moment it opens and precisely wedges into place the moment it closes, ensuring frictionless and scratch-free operation throughout the entire 90° rotation cycle.
● It employs a self-compensating sealing pair composed of a metal hard seal and high-temperature-resistant flexible graphite composite.
● The double-flanged end face gasket sealing structure ensures that fastening bolts do not penetrate the valve body.
