Featuring a 304 stainless steel all-metal body and Class 150LB low-pressure load-bearing capacity, it combines a hard-to-hard sealing technology without soft seals with a triple-offset design to achieve exceptional control with temperature resistance, no aging, zero friction, and zero leakage.
Product Advantages
● The valve body and disc are constructed entirely from 304 austenitic stainless steel. With superior resistance to oxidation and uniform corrosion, the valve operates reliably in non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as steam, hot water, oils, gases, and organic solvents, meeting engineering material requirements.
● The wafer-type, slim-profile design is secured by through bolts. Its lightweight and compact size significantly saves installation space and costs while reducing pipeline support loads.
The sealing pair features 304 stainless steel hard alloy surfacing, ensuring a tight metal-to-metal seal.
