Specifically engineered for harsh operating conditions such as low-pressure strong acids and high-chloride salt spray. Featuring a 4A duplex stainless steel base with exceptional corrosion resistance, it is fully compatible with PN10 low-pressure systems. The combination of an all-metal hard seal and a triple-offset design ensures long-term, stable, and trouble-free operation with zero leakage.
Product Advantages
● Features a wafer-type, slim-profile design; the flangeless construction significantly reduces weight and volume, saving installation space and pipeline support costs.
● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 4A duplex stainless steel (ASTM A995 Gr. 4A). The ferritic-austenitic duplex microstructure provides high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, with a pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) of over 35, effectively resisting pitting and stress corrosion cracking in corrosive media such as seawater, high-chloride brine, organic acids, and acidic/alkaline solutions.
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the operating torque is significantly lower than that of traditional valves, making it easily compatible with manual, electric, and pneumatic actuators.
