The fully metallic, corrosion-resistant body is forged from 304 stainless steel; the worm gear reduction mechanism ensures precise, low-effort operation; and the Class 150LB pressure rating guarantees safe operation under medium-pressure conditions. Combined with proven metal hard seals and triple-eccentric technology, it provides long-term, stable, and leak-free shut-off performance in harsh environments with high pressure differentials.
Product Advantages
● The valve body is directly clamped between two pipes and secured by through-bolts. The flangeless, slim design significantly reduces weight, saving installation space and pipe support costs.
Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design and paired with a worm gear reduction mechanism, operating torque is further amplified, ensuring effortless opening and closing even under high pressure differentials.
● The valve body, disc, and other key components are all made of 304 austenitic stainless steel. With excellent oxidation resistance and resistance to mild corrosion, they provide a robust corrosion barrier in media such as steam, thermal oil, industrial water, petroleum products, and organic solvents.
