Product Features

    Constructed from 316 stainless steel, it balances cleanliness requirements with corrosion resistance; rated at Class 300LB nominal pressure, it is suitable for medium- and low-pressure process systems; the elastic soft seal ensures a tight, leak-free seal, while the double-offset design effectively reduces operating torque. With its well-balanced overall performance, it is an ideal choice for standard medium- and low-pressure applications.


Product Advantages

  ● The sealing pair utilizes high-performance elastic materials that precisely conform to the disc. Excellent resilience ensures a tight seal even under frequent opening/closing cycles and pressure fluctuations, achieving bidirectional bubble-tight zero leakage.
  ● The valve body is secured directly by through-bolts. The flangeless, slim design significantly reduces weight, saving installation space and pipeline support costs.
  ● The double-offset design causes the valve stem axis to deviate from both the center of the disc and the center of the valve body passage. As the disc rotates, it immediately moves away from the seat, ensuring the seal ring is virtually free from scraping during the opening and closing stroke, resulting in a service life several times longer than that of traditional center-line butterfly valves.
