The fully metal, corrosion-resistant body is forged from 304 stainless steel, and the Class 150LB pressure rating ensures safe operation under low-pressure conditions. The perfect combination of multi-layer hard seals and triple-eccentric technology delivers consistent, stable, and leak-free performance, providing long-term, reliable fluid shutoff protection for demanding low-pressure applications.
Product Advantages
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing, ensuring zero friction and zero scraping across the entire 90° rotation of the sealing surface.
● The valve body, disc, and other major components are all made of 304 austenitic stainless steel. With excellent resistance to oxidation and uniform corrosion, they ensure long-term, stable service in media such as steam, thermal oil, hot water, petroleum products, compressed air, and organic solvents.
● The lug-type connection eliminates the need for an outer large flange, making the valve approximately 30% lighter than flanged valves. With fewer fasteners, it allows for rapid installation in narrow pipe racks and below deck.
