Combining a robust WCB carbon steel body with a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel sealing gradient, a massive DN500 bore, and PN10 low-pressure rating, this valve integrates an electric actuator, a lightweight wafer-type design, and a triple-offset hard seal to deliver high flow rates, zero leakage, and a long service life through remote intelligent control.
Product Advantages
● Equipped with an electric actuator, it supports digital, analog, and bus control, seamlessly integrating with DCS/PLC systems to enable rapid remote shutoff and precise flow regulation.
● The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, providing a high-rigidity pressure-bearing framework for the DN500 large diameter, effectively absorbing pipeline stress and pressure pulsations; the disc and sealing surfaces are made of 316 austenitic stainless steel, offering long-lasting corrosion protection in industrial water, steam, oil, and mildly corrosive media.
● Wafer-type connections require the least material and machining, resulting in procurement costs that are typically lower than those of lug-type and flanged connections, with particularly significant cost savings in large-diameter, low-pressure pipelines.
