Constructed from 316L low-carbon, chlorine-resistant stainless steel with a 150-pound pressure rating and universal sizing compatibility—ideal for medium-pressure pipelines handling chlorine, mildly corrosive media, or applications requiring welding and instantaneous shutoff. With its ultra-low-carbon stainless steel composition, ultra-slim wafer-style design, and rapid pneumatic response, it ensures every drop of fluid is securely contained.
Product Advantages
● All flow-passing components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 316L ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. Molybdenum enhances resistance to chloride pitting and acid/alkali corrosion, while the ultra-low-carbon design eliminates intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of welded joints.
● The full range covers mainstream sizes from DN50 to DN600, precisely matching different flow rates and allowing seamless integration into pipelines without the need for re-sizing.
Single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuators, combined with solenoid valves, enable instantaneous opening and closing with millisecond-level response times.
● The sealing pair utilizes a multi-layer composite of 316L metal and flexible graphite, ensuring resistance to carbonization under steam purging and alternating acid-alkali conditions, with zero leakage in both directions from zero pressure to full pressure differential.
