Product Features

    Featuring WCB for high-pressure and high-temperature resistance, 316 stainless steel for chlorine resistance, and 300-lb medium-to-high-pressure leak-proof design—this product serves as a zero-leakage remote shut-off hub for medium-to-high-pressure pipelines containing chlorine or subject to mild corrosion that require ultra-fast shut-off. It combines the robust framework of carbon steel, the corrosion-resistant core of stainless steel, and millisecond response times from the pneumatic actuator.


Product Advantages

   ● The pneumatic actuator responds in milliseconds, taking less than one second from the issuance of a control signal to full valve opening or closing, making it perfectly suited for ESD emergency shutdown and rapid venting.
  ● The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, combining high strength with thermal fatigue resistance to reliably absorb pipeline stress and pressure pulsations. The disc and sealing surfaces are constructed from 316 austenitic stainless steel, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance and seal integrity in steam, hot water, oil, and mildly corrosive chemical media.
  ● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, operating torque is extremely low, significantly reducing the required pneumatic actuator size and air consumption.
