Addresses the three major points of high-flow chlorine-containing pipeline valves: rapid corrosion, poor flow capacity, and frequent seal failure. The all-stainless-steel 316 construction significantly reduces chloride ion pitting and crevice corrosion; the 18-inch large diameter ensures low flow resistance and high flow capacity; the all-metal hard seal is resistant to high-temperature aging, with a service life more than three times longer than that of soft seals. With a 150-lb low-pressure rating, it is safe and reliable, making it an ideal choice for high-flow main pipelines.
Product Advantages
● The stem features a standard flange without a built-in actuator, allowing users to customize automation. The stem top is machined with a flange connection per ISO 5211 standards, enabling direct integration with worm gearboxes, electric actuators, or pneumatic heads, allowing users to select the most suitable drive method.
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the operating torque for the 18-inch large-bore valve is significantly lower than that of gate valves and ball valves of the same specification, substantially reducing drive selection costs.
●The 316 metal sealing surface is combined with a high-temperature-resistant, flexible, multi-layer graphite composite, offering both the rigid support of metal and the micro-compensating elasticity of graphite.
