One-piece construction from 316 stainless steel with 2–3% molybdenum content, offering 3–5 times the resistance to chloride ion corrosion compared to 304 stainless steel; Class 300LB nominal pressure, with stable operation across a wide temperature range of -196°C to 200°C; 6-inch standard diameter, a common size for industrial branch lines; Triple-eccentric soft-seal design ensures elastic contact with the sealing surface, enabling frictionless opening and closing with excellent zero-leakage performance.
Product Advantages
● The disc is precisely pressed against a high-performance elastic sealing ring, with outstanding resilience that compensates for pressure fluctuations and temperature variations. With no metal-to-metal friction, opening and closing torque is extremely low; the sealing surface experiences zero scraping wear, eliminating cross-contamination of media and significantly extending the service life of the sealing ring.
● The first and second eccentricities allow the disc to disengage from the seat immediately upon opening, while the third eccentric conical seal generates only the final wedging force. This significantly reduces scraping of the seal ring, resulting in a service life several times longer than that of traditional center-line butterfly valves.
● Can be configured with a handle or gearbox for direct drive, requiring no power or air supply, making it suitable for any remote or explosion-proof site.
