The WCB carbon steel body is forged as a single, robust unit; the DN400 large diameter ensures smooth, high-flow passage; and the PN10 pressure rating guarantees stable and reliable performance. Leveraging the solid strength of carbon steel and the long-lasting properties of all-metal hard seals, this fully manual operation requires no power source, providing an economical and reliable zero-leakage shut-off solution for industrial pipelines.
Product Advantages
● Features a metal sealing surface combined with a multi-layer composite of high-temperature-resistant flexible graphite, offering both the rigid support of metal and the micro-compensating elasticity of graphite.
● Equipped with a worm gear gearbox that significantly amplifies the torque from the handwheel, allowing a single person to open and close the DN400 large-diameter valve with minimal effort. The self-locking characteristic of the worm gear enables the disc to remain precisely at any opening position without the need for external braking.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing. Throughout the 90° rotation, the sealing surfaces experience zero friction and zero scraping.
