304 mirror-polished finish, full-range PTFE corrosion resistance, and precise 150 psi pressure rating—designed for sanitary piping systems in the food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Combining mirror-grade stainless steel finish with the chemical inertness of PTFE, it establishes a leak-free, sterile barrier that can be easily shut off and leaves no dead corners.
Product Advantages
● The internal cavity and flow surfaces are precision-polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, resulting in a mirror-smooth finish that prevents media from adhering to the walls and inhibits bacterial growth, ensuring first-pass validation for cleaning. Fully compatible with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) processes, it resists dirt accumulation and scaling even after repeated rinsing and high-temperature steam purging.
● The valve body is directly clamped between pipe flanges and secured by through bolts, featuring a flangeless design that is lightweight and space-saving. Installation and removal are quick, allowing for in-line maintenance without the need to shut down the pipeline.
● Based on a double-eccentric geometric design, the valve stem axis is offset from both the center of the sealing surface and the center of the pipeline. The disc lifts off the seat the moment it opens, significantly reducing friction and wear on the sealing surfaces.
