TIETM 280-25AB Series is a two-component, high thermal conductive silicone potting compound designed for electronic component protection. This low-temperature cured encapsulant features excellent thermal conductivity of 2.5W/mK, long pot life, and fire resistance meeting UL 94 V-0 standards.
