TIC™800P Series Thermal Phase Change Materials
The TIC™800P Series represents advanced thermal interface materials designed for high-performance computing applications. These phase change materials begin softening at 50°C, effectively filling microscopic surface irregularities to minimize thermal resistance and enhance heat dissipation.

Performance & Reliability
The TIC™800P Series demonstrates exceptional stability with no thermal performance degradation after 1,000 hours at 130°C or 500 thermal cycles from -25°C to 125°C. The material softens without fully changing state, resulting in minimal migration at operating temperatures.
