Product Description
TIC™805G series is a low melting point thermal interface material designed for high-power applications. At 50°C, the material begins to soften and flow, filling microscopic irregularities between thermal solutions and integrated circuit package surfaces to significantly reduce thermal resistance. This phase change material remains flexible and freestanding at room temperature without requiring reinforcing components that could compromise thermal performance.
Performance and Reliability
TIC™800G series demonstrates exceptional thermal stability with no performance degradation after 1,000 hours at 130°C or after 500 thermal cycles from -25°C to 125°C. The material softens without fully changing state, resulting in minimal migration (pump-out) at operating temperatures.
