The TIA™810FG Series thermally conductive adhesive transfer tape provides superior heat dissipation for electronic components. This double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape offers excellent bonding strength with low thermal impedance, making it an ideal replacement for thermal grease and mechanical fastening methods.
