Product Overview
The TIA™808 Series thermal adhesive tape features ceramic-filled silicone elastomer construction with 0.9 W/mK thermal conductivity and continuous operating temperature range from -50°C to 180°C. This high-performance double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape provides superior bonding strength with low thermal impedance.

- Mounting heat sinks onto BGA graphic processors and drive processors
- Attaching heat spreaders onto power converter PCBs and motor control PCBs
- Bonding heat dissipation fins and power consumption semiconductors
