TIE™ 280-15AB is a two-component, high thermal conductivity epoxy adhesive paste designed for automotive starters potting and electrical device encapsulation. With 1.5W/mK thermal conductivity and 4000 cPs viscosity, this non-toxic material provides excellent insulation and thermal management.
