TIC®800A Series Phase Change Thermal Material 2.5W/mK Conductivity 50°C Transition Temperature
The TIC®800A series is a high-performance, cost-effective thermal interface material featuring a unique grain-oriented structure that enables precise conformity to device surfaces. When temperature exceeds its 50°C phase transition point, the material softens and undergoes phase change, effectively filling microscopic gaps between components to form a low thermal resistance interface with 2.5 W/mK thermal conductivity.
