Pneumatic Actuator

Working Principle:

1. Spring return single acting pneumatic actuator

When compressed air enter into port A, pistons are forced outwards, making the pinion and valve stem rotate anticlockwise, the valve is open accordingly when air is exhausted from port B

When air pressure at port A is exhausted, springs forces the pistons inwards, making pinion turn clockwise, the valve is closed.

2. Air / air double acting pneumatic actuator

Compressed air enters the chamber from port A, forces the pistons outwards, the pinion rotate anticlockwise, and valve is open

Compressed air enters the chamber from port B, forces the pistons inwards, the pinion turn clockwise and valve is closed

Flow Direction Diagram:

We produce both T-type and L-type sanitary three way ball valves. The T-type sanitary valve can connect three pipes in order to converge or divide fluid flows. The L-type valve can only connect two pipes in a pipeline for flow direction change purposes.
