Brief Description:

Sanitary check valve is also called non-return valve. It is installed in a pipeline system to keep fluid from flowing backwards. These pipeline components are commonly equiped in production lines of beverage, breweries, water treatment, food and pharmaceutical applications. The surface of our check valves is smooth and seamless suitable for steam and CIP cleaning.

Working Principle:

Check valve is normally closed. When the pressure of the lower part of the valve stem exceeds that of the upper part of spring pressure, the valve disc open automatically, letting the fluid flow through the valve, until the pressure of both end return to balance. Then the valve disc close to prevent the medium flowing backwards.
