Sanitary Hygienic Pneumatic Manual Hybrid Operation Sampling / Sample Valve
Product Description & Applications:
The sanitary hygienic manual pneumatic hybrid sampling / sample valve is a flexible design with both manual handle and pneumatic actuator. It allows you to operate the sampling valve manually or in pneumatic mode depending on your need. It is an aseptic type of sampling valve with two branch ports to inlet and discharge sterilization mediums.
When the sanitary sample valve is opened, the valve stem and diaphragm seal retract to let the medium sample flow out. We utilize high quality PTFE material for the diaphragm seal to make the valve more suitable for high viscosity mediums.
We usually install this kind of hygienic manual pneumatic hybrid sampling / sample valves on hygienic pipelines and storage tanks to collect medium samples like food, dairy, beer, beverage, water and so on, under aseptic condition for physical & chemical analysis or microbiological analysis. Precautions of Sampling Valve:
- When executing CIP for the pipe, the aseptic sampling valve opens automatically, in order to avoid the forming of sanitary dead leg between sealing part and the pipe wall. When the water flushes in the pipe, the valve also opens automatically for a second sterilization.
- The aseptic sampling vale needs management and maintenance. The frequent open and close of the valve can accelerate the aging of sealing part, which is easy to cause pollution to the medium. So inspections and maintenance should be often carried out to the sealing part of the sampling valve.
- For steam disinfection, the steam must be dry. The condensate water will damage the diaphragm, so the diaphragm should be changed after every 100 times of sampling and sterilization, or according to working conditions and experience.
