Product Description:

This sanitary check valve is installed into the hygienic pipelines by tri clamp connection, used to prevent the fluid from flowing back. It opened and closed automatically by medium flow pressure. The adoption 304 & 316L stainless steel material make the valve reach hygienic grade, so that it is widely applicated to hygienic industries such as dairy, beverage, wine, comestics, food, water, pharmacetical and chemical.

Technical Design Features:

The valve dimension is designed according to various of standards: DIN, 3A, SMS, ISO/IDF, BS, ASME BPE, and so on.

The sanitary check valve body consists of two parts, fixed by a clip-on clamp and sealed with a special gasket. There is a spring inside guided by a spindle, connected with the valve disc and an O ring.

The valve has clamp liner end, and can be easily clamped with the hygienic pipelines.

Working Principle:

• ​1. The flow pressure of both sides of pipe system equals to each other, the valve is closed
• 2. When flow pressure at bottom side increases, the valve disc is pushes upwards
• 3. Valve is opened and medium flows through the valve accordingly
• 4. When flow pressure of both sides return to balance, the spring force pushes the disc back
• 5. Valve is closed, to stop the medium from flowing back
