Application:
Stainless steel sampling valves are used for sample extraction under hygienic conditions. They are quite popular in sanitary industries such as food, dairy, beverage, WFI, fine chemical, cosmestics, pharmaceuticals, and so on.
Parts & Materials:
1. Manual handle: 304 stainless steel wheel
2. Valve body: 316L for medium contact part and 304 for others
3. Valve disc and spring: 316L stainless steel
4. Gasket: EPDM, FPM, SILINCONE
Working Principle:
1. Rotate manual wheel anti-clockwise
2. Valve disc goes upwards
3. Valve opens and medium is extracted into the sampling chamber
4. After sampling, rotate manual wheel clockwise to close valve
5. Inlet clean water to clean the sample chamber
