High Sanitation Manual Gear Powered Sanitary Hygienic Pressure Relief Safety Valve With Union Connection
Raw Materials:
- 1. Valve body: Forged 304 or 316L stainless steel, high density, highly sanitary grade
- 2. Manual handle: nylon sleeve or handle ball
- 3. Seal gasket: EPDM, high temperature resistant, anti-aging and anti-corrosion
Working Principle:
- Set the valve pressure at a specific value
- Valve is normally closed by outside force
- When pipeline pressure exceeds the set value, the valve will open automatically
- Medium is discharged through safety valve
- Pipeline pressure reduces and returns to safety value
- Valve closes by itself until next cycle of excessive pressure
