Product Description:

This Tri clamp connection couplings set fully follows the regulation in DIN 11864-3 standard. Material needs to be 316L to meet aseptic requirement of food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. DIN11864-3 tri clamp coupling fittings are used especially for stainless steel pipes in DIN11866 series B and ISO1127. 

Main Parts:

1. 2pcs of clamp liner / ferrule, or 1pc clamp liner + 1pc blank / end cap  
2. 1pc of gasket
3. 1pc clamp: high pressure type, heavy duty type, single/double/tripple pin type
4. 1pc lock ring: if neccesary

Material:

Clamp and ferrule: must be 1.4435 BN2 (Fe<0.5%) according to EN10088-1, equals to 316L to be highly                                 aseptic

Gasket:                  EPDM or Rubber
