Product Description:

This Tri clamp connection couplings set fully follows the regulation in BS 4825 Part 3: specification for clamp type couplings. It is usually used to join tubes in ISO2852 standard together by a clamp. Couplings specified in BS4825 part 3 are intended for uses where either in-place cleaning or frequent dismantling is necessary.   

There are two types of ways to attach to ISO2852 pipe. Weld type clamp liner means connection by a butt weld, and expanded type means by expansion.

Components:

1. Clamp liner in weld type or expanded type
2. Clamp blank / end cap  
3. Seal
4. Groove and lock ring for expanded type
5. Clamp

Material:

Clamp liners shall be made from austenitic stainless steel 304 or 316L

The seal materials can be EPDM or Rubber, and shall be compatible with the processing conditions. 

Seal materials shall have a hardness range 75 IRHD to 85 IRHD in according to ISO 48
