The TIG™780-25 is an environmentally safe silicone-based thermal grease engineered to resolve overheating and reliability challenges in electronic applications. This thermal conductive paste effectively wets contact surfaces to create an interface with extremely low thermal impedance, delivering superior heat dissipation performance.
