TIC™800A-AL Thermally Conductive Phase Change Material
Ziitek's TIC™800A-AL series is a low melting point thermal interface material that begins to soften at 50°C, flowing to fill microscopic irregularities between thermal solutions and integrated circuit packages, effectively reducing thermal resistance.
Key Performance Features
- Thermal conductivity: 2.5 W/mK
- Low thermal resistance: 0.021℃-in²/W
- Naturally tacky at room temperature - no adhesive required
- No heat sink preheating required
- Flexible solid at room temperature, freestanding without reinforcement
- No thermal performance degradation after 1,000 hours @ 130°C or 500 cycles (-25°C to 125°C)
- Minimal migration (pump out) at operating temperatures
