TIA™600 Series thermal insulation LED double-sided acrylic tape provides superior thermal conductivity and bonding strength for electronic heat dissipation applications. This thermally conductive adhesive tape offers 0.9W/mK thermal conductivity and replaces traditional thermal grease and mechanical fastening methods.
