The TIA™600 Series acrylic thermal conductive double-sided adhesive tape provides superior bonding for heat dissipation applications. With thermal conductivity of 0.9W/mK and excellent adhesion strength, this tape effectively replaces traditional thermal grease and mechanical fastening methods.
