TIE TM280-15AB Series is a two-component, high thermal conductivity epoxy encapsulant designed for potting capacitors and electrical devices. This fire-resistant silica-based glue features excellent waterproof insulation and operates effectively across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 160°C.
