TIC 800Y Series Phase Change Thermal Interface Material
The TIC 800Y Series is a RoHS compliant, yellow thermal phase change material designed for efficient heat transfer in electronic applications. With a density of 2.2g/cc and phase transition temperature of 50-60°C, this material softens and flows to fill microscopic surface irregularities, reducing thermal resistance without requiring adhesives or reinforcement.
