TIC™800P Series Phase Change Thermal Interface Material
The TIC™800P Series is a low melting point thermal interface material designed for communications equipment and wireless stations. At 50°C, the material begins to soften and flow, filling microscopic irregularities on thermal solution and integrated circuit package surfaces to significantly reduce thermal resistance.
Product Features
- 0.024℃-in²/W thermal resistance for superior heat transfer
- Naturally tacky at room temperature - no adhesive required
- No heat sink preheating required for installation
- Flexible solid at room temperature without reinforcing components
- Minimal migration (pump out) at operating temperatures
- Excellent thermal stability: no degradation after 1,000 hours @130°C or 500 cycles from -25°C to 125°C
