TIS™680-35AB is a two-component, high thermal conductivity silicone potting compound designed for LED lighting and electronic device encapsulation. With 3.5W/mK thermal conductivity and UL 94 V-0 fire resistance rating, this material provides excellent heat dissipation and protection for sensitive components.
