The TIF1120-07E series is an electrically isolating thermal insulation material designed for applications requiring isolation between heat sinks and high-voltage, bare-leaded devices. With a thermal conductivity of 1.5W/mK and 35 Shore 00 hardness, this material offers excellent thermal management performance.
