The existing range lists steel- and aluminum-bushing swab cups with nominal tubing references of 2-3/8, 2-7/8 and 3-1/2 inch. Confirm the actual TA or other profile against the original drawing; descriptions of multiple lips should not be used to identify a different profile solely by appearance. Match cup OD, bore, axial dimensions and compound to the mandrel and working tubing.

Our Swab Cups are produced from a newly developed rubber in the popular Guiberson* profile in either a nitrile or Frac Fluid compound. These cups can also be produced in other specified materials. Our cups are designed for durability and perform under the toughest conditions.
Available types of Swab cups:
TA style: The related TA range uses a steel or aluminum bushing. Confirm the original cup profile, bushing bore, height and retention arrangement for the mandrel. Specify fluid-column height, density, solids, temperature and actual fluid formulation for compound selection. Quote each profile separately against its own drawing.
V style: Shanghai Qinuo carries the V Series Swab Cup in a light duty and heavy duty all rubber cup that is suited for use in fluids with high concentrations of suspended sand. The upturned lips pass easily through tight spots and will invert to dump excessive loads. The number of cups used will vary with conditions.Our special Frac Fluid compound has excellent abrasion resistance high tensile strength and outstanding resistance to chemical attack.

Swab Cup Bushing Selection: Steel or Aluminum
Identify the required bushing material separately from the rubber compound and cup profile. Use the existing size table as a reference, then confirm actual OD, bore, axial length, bonding requirements and mandrel fit against the approved drawing. Provide fluid composition, suspended solids, operating temperature and expected load. Steel- and aluminum-core entries are separate configurations; shared dimensions do not prove interchangeable construction or a pressure rating.
