Group replacement tubes by grease head model and drawing revision, then confirm the actual wireline diameter, tube end geometry and required quantity. The listed 14 inch length equals 355.6 mm; verify the complete dimensions against the existing assembly. For AISI 4145 tubes with black coating, agree the material condition, bore finish and inspection criteria. Request a bore measurement record for each specified size rather than treating different bores as interchangeable.

Flow tubes provide a controlled bore around the wireline within a grease injection head. Select the clearance, tube arrangement and injection medium according to the head manufacturer’s specification; confirm slickline use separately for the intended equipment.
Inspect the bore and contact surfaces for wear or damage and replace tubes according to the equipment manufacturer’s limits. The complete head assembly determines its operating pressure and temperature rating.
