Epithalone cas 307297-39-8

Epithalon is a synthetic tetra-peptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly),which regulated pineal secretion processes, presumably, via protooncogenes. Epithalon showed many bioactivities, including: (1) anti-aging by activating chromatin at the old age; (2) improving eye retina condition in retinitis pigmentosa; (3) showing anticancer and anti-tumor metastatic effect; (4) preventing osmotic-stress-induced pathologic changes.
