Catalytic diesel particulate filter cDPF is a device that physically traps diesel particulate matter/particle number (PM/PN) to prevent it from expanding into the atmosphere. The diesel particulate filter materials that have been developed demonstrate impressive filtration efficiency as well as good mechanical and thermal durability. Diesel particulate filter has become the most effective technology for controlling diesel particulate emissions, both in terms of particle quality and quantity, with high efficiency.
The catalytic coating in the filter oxidizes NO to NO2 and contributes to the passive regeneration of cDPF. The filter can be actively regenerated by controlling fuel injection combustion/runner.

Catalytic Diesel Engine Particulate Filter cDPF Features:

1. High PM filtration efficiency (>90%);
2. PN high filtration efficiency (>95%);
3. The passive regeneration temperature is low, and the equilibrium temperature is lower than 320 ° C.
4. High active regeneration efficiency. When the temperature is higher than 550℃, the active regeneration efficiency is over 90%, and the regeneration time is within 10 minutes.
