Methane Three Way Catalyst MTWC
MTWC are used CNG, LNG and LPG engine exhaust aftertreatment. Catalytic and reduction technolodgy is used to convert the harmful CH4, NMHC, CO pollutants to harmless H2O, CO2 and N2.
The catalysts are made by Pt/Pd coating layer and cordierite or ferrochrome aluminum alloy substrates.
Our natural gas three way catalysts can be used for road natural gas engines and meet emission standards up to Euro VI.
Features:
1. Good light-off performance (low light-off termperature) and high pollutant conversion efficiency.
2. Strong sulphur tolerance, exellent ractive activation and stability.
3. Can be used for mutiple application. We can develop different catalysts according to different engine and engine conditions.
4. Wide three way activity window.
5. Following National VI and Euro VI standards.
6. Exellent performance for oxygen storage and air-fuel ratio adjustment.
