Automobile Gasoline Closed Coupled Catalyst TWC Three Way Catalyst

The catalysts take advantage of exhaust heat and gas to convert the harmful CO, HC, NOx etc to less harmful or harmless CO_2, N₂ and H₂O.

Sinocat TWC use ceramic or metal honeycomb substrates as carriers, and uses unique coating materials and precious metal Pt Pd Rh as active components. It has high catalytic activity, good thermal stability and service life.

To meet China National VI  and Euro VI emission standards for gasoline cars, Sinocat developed heat-resistant and highly active TWC to convert the CO, THC and NOx in the exhaust gas. By controlling the micro physical structure of alumina and oxygen-storage materials, we use less precious metal to meet the durability requirements. Our TWCs can be installed to manifold, close to coupling or chassis.
