DOC CDPF SCR ASC Engine Catalytic System

This system is used to remove HC, CO, NO, PM/PN from engine exhaust to meet the requirements of regulations. The system meets the emission standards of diesel road country VI and non-road country IV and above.

Features

DPF has high efficiency for soot trapping. It can realize effective passive and active regeneration O catalysts with high efficiency mixer structure. After rigorous CFD simulation calculation, the flow field uniformity is high, the comprehensive conversion efficiency of NOx is high, and the crystallization risk is low.

Based on ammonia storage model, urea injection precision is high and cold start performance is good.
The modular design of the whole system facilitates the assembly and maintenance of the whole vehicle.

Closed-loop control and strict OBD strategy are adopted in urea injection system to meet the requirements of the Sixth National Emission Regulation.
