DOC SCR Catalyst Converter Functions:
 

1, DOC SCR Catalyst Converter is used to remove NOx and part of soluble organic matter (SOF) in tail gas, so that the emissions meet the regulatory requirements;

2. DOC SCR Catalyst Converter can effectively improve the proportion of NO2 in tail gas and promote the rapid reaction of NOx in SCR;

3, DOC SCR Catalyst Converter can adopt non-gas-assisted urea injection system, suitable for vehicles without air source;

4, DOC SCR Catalyst Converter can adopt gas-assisted urea injection system, suitable for vehicles with air source;

DOC SCR Catalyst Converter Features: 

1. The flow field uniformity of catalytic purifier is more than 95%, the comprehensive conversion efficiency of NOx is high, and the crystallization risk is low;

2, the pressure loss is less than 25kpa, to ensure that the engine power loss and fuel consumption meet customer requirements;

3, urea injection precision control within ±3%, reduce urea consumption, use more economic;

4, catalytic converter adopts cylinder structure, the whole system modular design, to meet the matching needs of different types of vehicles;

5, DCU reserved interface, can be upgraded on the original system, applied to the sixth country post-processing system;

6. DOC catalyst can effectively promote NOx reaction in SCR and provide system response rate.
