TIC800P-K1 Thermal Conductive Phase Changing Material is a high-performance thermal interface solution featuring ceramic-filled compound coated on MT Kapton film. At 50°C, the material softens and flows to fill microscopic surface irregularities, significantly reducing thermal resistance between components.
