The TIA™ 600P Series thermal adhesive tapes are engineered for bonding heat dissipation components including heat sinks, microprocessors, and power semiconductors. These high-performance tapes deliver exceptional bonding strength with low thermal impedance, effectively replacing traditional thermal grease and mechanical fastening methods.
