TIF100-12-05ES Thermal Pad Overview
The TIF®100-12-05ES series thermally conductive interface materials are reinforced gap fillers designed to efficiently transfer heat from electronic components. These materials feature one side with Kapton reinforcement and the other with adhesive, providing optimal thermal management for demanding applications.
