TIF100-12-05US Premium Performance Thermal Pads
The TIF®100-12-05US series thermally conductive interface materials are gap fillers reinforced on one side with Kapton and the other side with adhesive. These pads are designed to fill air gaps between heating elements and heat dissipation components, with flexibility and viscoelastic properties that make them ideal for coating uneven surfaces.
