TIS™580-10 is a dealcoholized, one-component, room temperature cure thermally conductive silicone adhesive designed for electronic component applications. This advanced material provides excellent heat conduction and strong adhesion properties, curing to form a high-hardness elastomer that firmly attaches to substrates for minimal thermal impedance.

Applications
TIS580-10 serves as an effective replacement for traditional thermal pastes and pads, providing superior gap-filling capabilities between heat sources and heat sinks. Applications include LED aluminum motherboards, high-power electrical modules, integrated circuits in portable computers, microprocessors, high-power LEDs, internal storage modules, cache systems, DC/AC translators, IGBT and power modules, semiconductor encapsulation, relay switches, rectifiers, and transformers.
